A dry sparkling red wine that embodies the identity of Emilia: rich, lively, and full of character. Our Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOP is made from grapes harvested in late September/early October, at the peak of aromatic ripeness.

👃 Tasting Notes:

  • Color: Intense ruby red with violet reflections

  • Aroma: Intense fruity aroma, with pronounced notes of ripe wild berries

  • Taste: Persistent, soft, fresh, and enveloping, with lively and well-balanced fizz

🍽️ Food Pairings:

Excellent with typical Emilia cured meats, gnocco fritto, tigelle, traditional first courses, and light roasts. Also perfect with pizza or spiced dishes.

8–10 °C (46–50 °F)

⌛ Aging Potential:

Best consumed within 1–2 years to fully enjoy its freshness and liveliness.

💬 Curiosity:

Lambrusco Grasparossa is the most tannic and structured variety of the Lambrusco family, ideal for those seeking a sparkling red wine with a strong but always pleasant character.

The label is named after the centuries-old "Quercia" (oak tree) located at the center of the estate.
